The wetted parts of the calibration cylinders are designed with maximum chemical resistance and durability in mind.
The calibration cylinder tubes are made of high-quality, hard and chemically neutral borosilicate glass, which guarantees transparency under all circumstances.
The flanges are most often made of AISI 316 stainless steel or PVDF, a material with high chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals.
The scale is engraved and painted directly into the surface of the borosilicate glass tube, which allows for convenient, quick reading of values. As standard, the cylinders are equipped with a volume scale in ml, other scales are available on request.
Different sizes of calibration cylinders suit a wide range of applications. The most common volumes are from 250 ml to 10,000 ml. All sizes can be supplied with either threaded or flanged connections.
A protective cover made of stainless steel provides maximum mechanical protection during transport, maintenance and operation.
Other volumes and dimensions than standard are available on request as well as special material designs (PTFE coating, PP, PE, PVC, …) and connections (NPT, DIN, ASME, ..).
As standard, we offer volumes from 250 ml to 10,000 ml, other volumes can be manufactured on request. We supply all sizes with threaded or flanged connections. We offer all available and used threads and flanges (BSP, NPT, DIN, ASME, ANSI and others).

Each calibration cylinder supplied by us is tested for leakage and accuracy. After a successful test, the calibration cylinder is provided with its own certificate of completion of the test. We supply a material certificate according to EN10204 for all wetted parts.
